Raw walnut oil is a vegetable edible oil that is squeezed from the peeled and pre–dried kernels.
To obtain it, a large amount of valuable raw materials is required, which makes it one of the most expensive in its line. However, thanks to a whole bouquet of useful properties and excellent taste qualities, the demand for it is quite high.

APPLICATION AND USE OF WALNUT OIL

TIPS FOR USING WALNUT OIL
- It is recommended to store the product in a dark, cool place for no more than 12 months in a closed container. After opening, it is best to keep the container with oil in the refrigerator for no more than 2-4 months.
- In cooking, walnut oil is used in the preparation of sauces and as salad dressings. It is recommended to use this oil in cold sauces, because when heated, it can slightly bitter.
RESTRICTIONS ON USE
The product is contraindicated with low blood pressure and low blood sugar, stomach disorders and individual intolerance.
