- 60 g butter

Preparation:
Mix all the dry ingredients. Add butter and dry ingredients to the egg yolks, mix thoroughly. In another bowl, whisk the egg whites. Add a third of the egg whites to the dough and gently mix them into the dough. Add another third of the proteins and gently mix into the dough. Add the remaining part of the proteins and also gently mix into the dough. Put the dough into a mold and smooth it with a spatula. Bake for 30-40 minutes in a preheated 180C oven. Enjoy your meal!

Confectioners add this product to a variety of desserts, and not only to sweet dishes, but also to any other pastries. For example, in bread.
Also, in folk medicine, various infusions are prepared from cedar flour. To make an infusion, you need to pour flour with water (for 3 tablespoons of the product – 500 ml), cover and leave until completely cooled. The resulting amount is divided into 3 parts and taken during the day, shaking each time.
