Effect

Cooking method
Pour 1 teaspoon (2 g) of crushed vegetable raw materials with 1 cup of hot water (200 ml), insist on a water bath for 15 minutes, strain, take 1/3 cup of infusion for adults 3 times a day during meals. The finished infusion should be stored in the refrigerator for no more than 2 days. The duration of admission is 1 month.
