Sinyukha is a perennial herbaceous plant 35-140 cm high with a horizontal rhizome 3-5 cm long . The plant is widespread in the European part of Russia, Western Siberia, in the southwest Eastern Siberia, in the Caucasus. It grows in forest and forest-steppe zones on humus-rich soils, in damp places, on swampy meadows and river banks, on sparse forests, their edges, among shrubs, singly or in small groups.

Effect

Cooking method
About 20 g of vegetable raw materials are placed in enameled dishes, 200 ml (1 cup) of hot boiled water is poured, covered with a lid and heated in a boiling water bath for 15 minutes, cooled at room temperature for 45 minutes, filtered, the remaining raw materials are squeezed out. The volume of the resulting infusion is brought to 200 ml with boiled water .
