Juniper is a genus of evergreen coniferous shrubs and trees of the Cypress family. It is also known as veres and juniper. In nature, juniper is found in Europe, North America, and North Africa. In Russia, it grows from Murmansk to Belgorod and Voronezh.

Effect

Cooking method
About 10 g (1 tablespoon) of fruit is placed in an enameled dish, 200 ml (1 cup) of hot boiled water is poured, covered with a lid and heated in a boiling water bath for 15 minutes, cooled at room temperature for 45 minutes, filtered, the remaining raw materials are squeezed out. The volume of the resulting infusion is brought to 200 ml with boiled water .
Take inside 1 tablespoon 3-4 times a day after meals. The course of treatment is 3-4 weeks.
Side effect
Allergic reactions are possible. With prolonged use, there may be a violation of kidney function (fever, urination disorder, blood in the urine), dyspepsia, tachycardia, increased blood pressure.
Contraindications to use
Hypersensitivity, acute inflammatory kidney diseases, pregnancy, breastfeeding, children under 18 years of age.
