Linden flowers are commonly called linden flowers. It is an excellent immunomodulator with therapeutic and strengthening properties. It is used for the preparation of decoctions, is part of the medicinal fees.
Vitamin composition
The composition includes:

- Derivatives of salicylic acid;
- Essential oils;
- Vitamin C;
- Iron;
- Potassium;

- Magnesium;
- Carotene.
Effect
Linden flowers relieve itching, fatigue, swelling and stop inflammation, relieve cramps, improve digestion, lower blood sugar levels, relieve leg swelling. Linden tea lowers the temperature and removes slags. Linden flowers also have an expectorant effect with a strong cough.
Cooking method
Mix about 10 g of flowers in an enameled bowl, pour 200 ml (1 cup) of hot boiled water, close the lid and heat in a boiling water bath for 15 minutes, cool at room temperature for about 45 minutes, strain, squeeze out the remaining raw materials. Bring the volume of the resulting infusion with boiled water to 200 ml.
Take orally in hot form 2-3 times a day: adults and children over 16 years of age — 1-2 glasses; children from 13 to 16 years of age — 1 cup; children from 7 to 12 years of age — 1/2 cup; children from 3 to 6 years of age — 1/3 cup, children under 3 years — 1-2 tablespoons.
It is recommended to shake the infusion before use.
