Medicinal peony is a herbaceous plant of the Peony family with an erect, rough and non—branching stem and knobby, oblong roots.
Vitamin composition
The composition includes:

- Glycoside salicin;
- Flavonoids;
- Organic acids;
- Tannins.
Effect
It has soothing, analgesic and bactericidal effects. It is used for neuroses, neurasthenia, psychasthenia, insomnia, irritability, stomach cramps, menstrual disorders.
Cooking method
1 tsp of raw material is poured 500 ml. of hot water, boiled after boiling for 20 minutes, filtered.
