TIPS FOR THE USE OF GINGER OIL
- After opening the vessel, it should be stored tightly closed in the refrigerator.
- When using ginger oil in complex therapy for an adult, it is worth adhering to the norm — taking 1 tablespoon 1 time a day (in the morning, on an empty stomach) for 2-3 months. For children over two years old, one teaspoon is enough. This is the optimal dose of the content of all useful substances for the body per day. It should not be used in large doses.
- In cooking, ginger oil is fried, salads are seasoned with it, used in baking and in the preparation of various cereal dishes (porridges, side dishes, pilaf). The raw butter has an aroma that excites the appetite and a piquant, pungent taste reminiscent of horseradish and radish. The oil is often used for frying meat, vegetables and fish, as it is resistant to heating, does not smoke at all and does not lose its aromatic and taste qualities at high temperatures. Nevertheless, when frying, a number of useful substances of the composition are destroyed, therefore, to get maximum benefit, it is better to add it to dishes that do not involve heat treatment.
- In cosmetology, you can prepare a cream yourself by adding a few drops of ginger oil to it. You can prepare a useful shampoo by mixing the oil with a decoction of oak bark and a familiar detergent. To improve hair growth, you can make an oil mask by mixing ginger, olive or burdock oil. To eliminate the stratification of the ends of the hair, you can lubricate them with oil before going to bed and wrap them with cling film.
RESTRICTIONS ON USE
The use of ginger oil is contraindicated for people who have cholecystitis or pancreatitis. The beneficial properties of ginger oil will not give the proper effect to those who suffer from allergies to some of the components of this vegetable product.
