Chamomile is an annual herbaceous plant that is widespread in Eurasia and North America. Chamomile is actively cultivated and is found in almost all extratropical regions of both hemispheres.

Effect
The use of chamomile is recommended for disorders of the gastrointestinal tract (gastritis, peptic ulcer of the stomach and duodenum, colitis and enterocolitis, etc.), diseases of the liver, kidneys and biliary tract, intestinal spasms and flatulence.
Externally: with inflammatory diseases of the oral cavity and pharynx, various skin lesions (eczema, ulcers, boils, burns, etc.), with inflammation of the eyelids and eyes, dry dandruff and hair loss.
Cooking method
Pour 2 tablespoons of flowers with 1 cup of boiling water, insist in a thermos for 15 minutes. Strain and take a glass 3-4 times a day.

Do not use with individual sensitivity, allergies. With caution, they are used for anacid gastritis.
