Chia seed oil is a product that contains valuable and nutritious substances. Chia oil is made from the seeds of Spanish sage, which grows in South and Latin America. Chia seeds were actively used by the Incas, Mayans and Aztecs.
THE NUTRITIONAL VALUE
- The main valuable components of chia seed oil are omega-6 and omega-3 fatty acids, amino acids, B vitamins, phosphorus, potassium, calcium, iron, zinc. USES AND BENEFITS OF CHIA OIL
Fragrant, slightly viscous product, due to its composition, has found its application in alternative medicine. The substances contained in it allow a positive effect on the human body. This is expressed in the following properties:
