Birch buds have long been valued for their unique medicinal properties, relieving many diseases. This environmentally friendly medicine is available to absolutely everyone, since birch is ubiquitous in the temperate climate zone. Even official medicine recognizes the benefits of kidneys, but warns that there are exceptions in which they should be taken with caution.

Effect
Birch buds help to establish metabolism and synthesis of female sex hormones. They are prescribed for hypo- and vitamin deficiency, atherosclerosis, peptic ulcer, kidney disease, inflammation of the genitourinary system, chronic bronchitis, gastritis, peptic ulcer, to fight parasites.
Cooking method
About 10 g (1 tablespoon) of birch buds are placed in a glass or enameled dish, pour 200 ml (1 cup) of hot boiled water, cover with a lid and insist on a boiling water bath for 15 minutes. Cooled at room temperature for 45 minutes, filtered, the remaining raw materials are squeezed out. The volume of the resulting infusion is brought to 200 ml with boiled water .
Apply 1-2 tablespoons inside 3 times a day 30 minutes before meals. It is recommended to shake the infusion before use.
Side effect
Allergic reactions are possible. With prolonged use, there may be an exacerbation of inflammatory kidney diseases as a result of irritation of the renal parenchyma.
Contraindications to use
Hypersensitivity, chronic renal failure, acute glomerulonephritis, pregnancy, lactation, childhood (up to 12 years).
